OK this has been released in the past week or so with a shitload of new things, including adding the booster packs (Euro Force and Armored Fury) as free content and also improved hit detection (thankgod) among other things.

I haven't got around to downloading this yet, just seeing what the server providers do.

Had a bash of this last night - hadn't played BF2 for a month or two. Decided to open up one of the new maps to see what they were like. And guess who I should see on the map - Lonski !!!!

Some interesting maps - although they seemed a bit lame. Some new features - the scout choppers look cool.

What other features have people noticed that are worthwhile?

Awesome, will have to download the new patch then, and organize a game sometime Jase, and try and get this Lonski (is he an old DS member?) in as well.

Yeah I've been getting into the old BF2 again since the release of the 1.5

I like the great wall map and the other chinese maps. I'm not so sure about the hit detection being fixed though, lol. I do like all the other Euro force guns too. I've been playing on : games.on.net bf2 #8 and also on #10 and occasionally some of the others, but mostly 8 and 10.
